Systematic analysis of influencing factors

In view of the many factors influencing the production of injection mouldings, operators often find themselves at a loss to decide on proper remedies when defects occur in the parts. A hit-and-miss approach and isolated measures are rarely successful. Basic considerations for the systematic identification, analysis and removal of moulding defects are an optimum mould design as well as the correct selection of machine settings and process parameters.

考慮到注射成型生產中的影響因素眾多，一旦零件出現缺陷，操作者往往都不知所措，決定不了正確的改進辦法。而 “打一槍換個地方”的方法或是一些孤立的措施，都鮮有成功。一個最優化的模具設計有三個基本的考慮范疇，即：對成型缺陷的系統辨識，分析和解決，與此同時，正確選擇機器設置與過程參數也是它的一個方面。
